Warp Incentive Campaign Terms

These terms ("Terms") apply to the Warp marketing incentive campaign described below (the "Offer"). By participating in the Offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Warp's Terms of Service. This Offer is administered by Poaster Technologies, Inc. ("Warp," "we," or "us").


1. Offer Eligibility

To be eligible to receive the incentive described in these Terms (the "Reward"), you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • New to Warp: You must not be a current or former Warp customer, have previously submitted your information to Warp, or have previously engaged with Warp's sales team.
  • Business requirements: You must represent a legally registered U.S. business entity in good standing with a valid EIN and at least two (2) full-time employees or team members.
  • Role requirements: You must be in a leadership or decision-making role with influence over purchasing decisions for your organization (e.g., Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, Head of People, Head of Finance).
  • Sales meeting: You must complete a scheduled meeting with a Warp sales representative to receive the Reward. The meeting must be attended by the eligible individual, with active participation for the full duration.

Warp reserves the right to determine whether you meet the eligibility criteria and may disqualify individuals at its sole discretion.

2. Reward Fulfillment

Eligible participants who complete all requirements will receive a promotional reward as determined by Warp. The specific type and value of the reward (e.g., gift card, product, or other incentive) will be determined by Warp and communicated at the time of the Offer.

  • Delivery: Rewards will be delivered by email to the address provided during registration, or by another method specified by Warp.
  • Timing: Rewards will be issued within a reasonable period following confirmation of eligibility, typically within 30 business days.
  • Redemption window: You must claim your Reward within 30 days of receiving notification. Unclaimed rewards will expire and will not be reissued.
  • Expiration: Once issued, the Reward must be used within one (1) year unless otherwise specified by the reward issuer.

Warp is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or undelivered emails, or for Rewards not received due to user error, including incorrect or inaccessible email addresses or failure to complete required actions.

3. Restrictions

  • Non-transferable: Rewards are personal to the recipient and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned.
  • No combination: This Offer cannot be combined with any other Warp offers, referral rewards, promotional campaigns, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
  • One per participant: Limit one Reward per eligible participant per organization.
  • No cash equivalent: Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalents.
  • Tax responsibility: Rewards may be taxable. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes and should consult their tax advisor.

4. Modifications and Termination

Warp reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time without notice and for any reason. Warp also reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Reward in the event of actual or suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

5. Limitation of Liability

Warp is not responsible for any errors, delays, or failures in the processing or administration of this Offer. All Rewards are subject to Warp's review and may be withheld or forfeited if eligibility criteria are not met. By participating, you agree that any disputes arising from or related to this Offer will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts of law principles, and resolved in accordance with Warp's Terms of Service.

6. Privacy

All information collected in connection with this Offer will be handled in accordance with Warp's Privacy Policy.
