Connect Google Workspace to automatically create accounts, assign groups, and manage access based on employee attributes.

How it works

When you onboard a new employee in Warp, their Google Workspace account is created automatically with the right email, groups, and access permissions. No manual setup required.

Automatically assign employees to Google Workspace groups based on attributes like department, role, employment status, or management level. Configure groups using specific employee names or dynamic Warp fields.

When you offboard an employee, their Google Workspace account is immediately suspended or deleted. Ensure security by removing access the moment someone leaves.

Configure

  1. 1.Go to Settings > Integrations in Warp
  2. 2.Select Google Workspace and click "Connect"
  3. 3.Authenticate as a Google Workspace admin
  4. 4.Grant Warp permission to manage users and groups
  5. 5.Configure group assignment rules by department, role, or custom fields
  6. 6.Set up smart access policies for new hires
